A coach fills in the times he can work, the sheet goes out to families, and it is out of date by the time anyone reads it. The version people are booking off is never the current one.
Bookings happen in text messages
The lesson gets agreed in a thread nobody else can see. The club finds out a court was used when it finds out, and the coach is the only record that it happened.
Court rent turns into a monthly ask
Somebody has to reconstruct who used which court and for how long, then go ask each coach for money. It is the least popular job at the club and it is nobody's actual job.
